Simon began his professional journey at a young age, working for a large Auction Company where he spent over three and a half years. During this time, he gained invaluable experience by engaging with a wide range of industries, including Agriculture, Manufacturing, and Real Estate Investing. This exposure sparked his passion for Real Estate Investing. From a very young age, Simon immersed himself in books on the subject, leading him to purchase his first investment property at the age of 20. Driven by a desire to deepen his industry knowledge, Simon secured a position as an analyst at a Commercial Real Estate Consulting Company specializing in Data Center and Power Plant site selection, as well as the energy side of Real Estate. Here, he built strong connections and honed his skills in financial analysis and business metrics. Eager to expand his expertise, Simon pursued his real estate license to build a network of fellow investors and acquire more properties. He has undergone extensive specialized training, including earning the Master of Commercial Property (MICP) designation from the Lipsey School of Real Estate and completing numerous courses sponsored by eXp Realty, such as their Commercial Academy course, business brokering, and specialized software training. Simon also holds a certificate from the Walton School of Auctioneering. While he is not currently an auctioneer, he has all the necessary training and documentation to take the Ohio exam, which he plans to do in the near future. His background in auctioneering equips him with the knowledge of when and how to offer this service to clients. Simon has invested heavily in software and marketing for his practice, utilizing tools such as CoStar, Moody's Analytics, Buildout, Rethink CRM. And so much more. Despite being younger than the typical commercial agent/broker, Simon's passion and energy are unmatched. He is committed to leveraging modern tools and techniques to provide exceptional service to his clients.
