Shrini Neshangi

Shrini Neshangi joined Texas Partners Realty as an Investment Sales and Land Associate specializing in income producing properties, land and development projects. Shrini received his MS in Computer Science Engineering from Kansas State University in 2004. He worked in Kansas City and Washington D.C., before moving to Austin in early 2006 to escape cold winters and call Austin his home. He got his start in real estate during the recession, acquiring undervalued properties in Central Austin. He is a Principal in Clear Morning Group, a local real estate investment company with a portfolio of income producing properties and transitional tracts of land. His strengths are in identifying assets to acquire in the path of growth and working with key partners to unlock the highest use of these properties. He brings analytical, data driven approach to real estate from his background in the tech industry working with large corporations and public sector implementing Enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. Furthering his skills he is currently working on his CCIM designation. He is also involved with startups and small businesses mentoring or evaluating companies to invest in. As a Partner in Clear Morning Ventures, he invests in early stages of funding in companies with emphasis on technology and real estate. When not in the office, you will find him taking his dog to the trails or finding good BBQ places with his wife.
