As a local of the Roaring Fork Valley for over 35 years and experience in real estate since 2007, one of Shilo's core values is supporting local small businesses in the valley. Her expertise lies in commercial real estate, leasing sales, and management. She previously ran her own business for 10 years in the renewable energy industry. Once she switched over to real estate, she was the first female member of the Rocky Mountain Commercial Brokers group. Currently, she is continuing her education on getting her CCIM designation.
