ABOUT

Sheryl began her career in real estate in 1990 in multi-family property management. After getting her license in 1996, she joined Cohen Esrey to start her career as a retail specialist in commercial real estate. She joined the RED Brokerage team in early 2003 and opened her own brokerage company, Select Sites, in July 2005. Sheryl has focused on retail and restaurant tenant representation, site selection, retail property and investment acquisition, and small build-to-suit developments. Sheryl brings with her over 18 years of sales experience and expertise in retail marketing, advertising, property management, and site selection. Sheryl received her designation as a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) in 2005. CCIM's are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis. Sheryl holds sales person and broker real estate licenses in three states.
