Shermin Murphy

Shermin, pronounced as Sure-Meen, was born in Dallas, Texas and graduated from Texas Tech University (Go Red Raiders!) obtaining her Bachelor's in Retail Merchandising with a minor in Marketing. Shermin has a background in commercial real estate by working with her father on various business transactions earning the company a spot in the top 5 of the Dallas 100's Fastest Growing Businesses. While serving on the Board of a nonprofit organization alongside Rogers Healy, she was eager to learn and develop her experiences and put her proficient negotiation skills to use. She has a passion and motivation in helping others find their place to call "home" and will leave you feeling fulfilled and reassured you made the right decision to work with her! After a long day of work, Shermin takes pleasure in spending time with her husband and 3 kids watching movies and enjoying the warm Texas weather. She also enjoys event planning and has an obsession for Pinterest in her spare time. The formula she lives by is believing that the greatest pleasure in life is doing what people say you cannot do!
