Before her move to brokerage, Shelby worked as a Transaction Specialist for CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions Portfolio Advisory and Transaction Services team in Cincinnati, Ohio. Shelby and her team provided strategic planning, transaction execution, and ongoing portfolio optimization initiatives for a diverse set of leading corporations, with total portfolio advisory responsibility across 75 million square feet in more than 60 countries. Prior to joining CBRE, she worked as a Commercial Real Estate Agent at Henkle Schueler and Associates and a property manager at Philips Edison & Co.
