As a LEED professional, Shelby is a sustainability leader and offers clients and properties expertise in the design and construction phases of green buildings. She drives advantage for her clients by aligning strategic real estate plans with core business objectives. Shelby and her team are responsible for the leasing and marketing efforts of over 4,500,000 square feet of office space in the Greenville-Spartanburg market. Shelby consistently ranks as a top producer in market and ranked in the top ten producers in South Carolina in 2015, 2016 and 2017. Prior to joining CBRE, Shelby interned for WWCOT in Shanghai in 2010 where she traveled throughout China advising industry leaders on green building techniques and their financial benefits. She interned with ULI with a primary focus on the Upstate Reality Check, a program designed to plan future transportation and job growth in the ten county region of the upstate. Shelby also worked in sales in New York City where she provided comprehensive sales support to a team of 25 to achieve $50 million in sales in 2005.
