Ms. Roux specializes in advising her clients in the purchase and sale of signature marine properties throughout Florida, the Caribbean and beyond. Ms. Roux started her commercial real estate career as an office landlord representative, focusing on Class-A properties in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. Roux was part of a two-person team tasked with preleasing Fort Lauderdale’s first Class-A property in 20 years, The Main Las Olas. She also represented The AutoNation Building, the Fortune 150 company’s global headquarters, as well as The Plaza at Las Olas. In 2019, she assisted in leasing over $20 million in transactions. For her accomplishments, Ms. Roux was a nominee for NAIOP’s Rookie Broker of the Year Award in 2019. Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, Sheila was a college basketball coach for 17 years, including 12 years at the Division I level as a head coach and assistant coach. Ms. Roux holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Minnesota, Crookston and earned her Masters of Science degree from South Dakota State University.
