Shea Meddin

Shea Meddin is an equity partner at Partners Real Estate. He helps clients with a wide variety of commercial real estate services, including analysis of relocation alternatives, lease renewal and renegotiation, and property acquisitions and dispositions for owner occupiers, investors and developers. Mr. Meddin is focused on transaction details and meeting his clients’ objectives. His in-depth market knowledge and years of experience representing a vast range of tenants, buyers and sellers, enables Mr. Meddin to add significant value to his clients' bottom line. Before joining Partners, Shea was an Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield in Atlanta from 2015-2024. In 2019, 2020 and before leaving in 2024, he was the Top Producer on C&W's Office Tenant Rep team. Mr. Meddin earned his B.S. magna cum laude in Business and Communications from Syracuse University. He is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the Young Council of Realtors, and he is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Georgia.
