Shawn Villarroel

A Florida native, moved from Orlando to south Florida in 2004 and currently resides on Fort Lauderdale Beach. He joined Las Olas Real Estate Professionals in 2012 and received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration, from Florida Atlantic University in 2008. Shawn sells and manages both commercial real estate and residential properties in beautiful south Florida. He serves as the exclusive listing agent and property manager for retail and office space on Las Olas Boulevard and for a nine unit luxury condominium building located downtown, one block off of Las Olas Boulevard. As an experienced buyer’s representative in luxury single family homes, condominiums and townhome purchases in Palm Beach and Broward Counties, he is skilled at understanding his clients’ real estate needs.
