Shawn Straka

Shawn Straka joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2015. As a Managing Director in the firm’s Morristown office, Shawn focuses on corporate representation, providing clients with financial analysis, strategic planning, site selection and transaction management services. He is also part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Life Sciences Practice Group and sits on the Executive Committee. Shawn has over 20 years of experience and expertise in the corporate real estate field and has completed over seven million square feet of transactions. Prior to joining Cushman and Wakefield, Shawn was with Jones Lang LaSalle and The Staubach Company.
