Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Shawn worked with the largest revenue generating team at Grubb & Ellis/VIP. Shawn has closed over 400 transactions in office, retail, industrial, land and investment sales in the past 5 years, with a gross value of more than $450 million. His achievements also include being named one of the top new business professionals in Lee and Collier counties, the Gulfshore Business Forty under Forty, Real Estate Florida’s Top 30 under 30 and CoStar Power Broker for 15 years. Shawn is also a member of several professional and civic organizations including Real Estate Investment Society (REIS), Florida chapter of Certified Commercial and Investment Members (CCIM), Commercial and Investment Professionals (CIP) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
