Shawn McMahon

As a marketing leading broker within the JLL CT and Western MA office, Shawn focuses on high profile industrial and office transactions including agency leasing, local and regional tenant representation, consulting, and investment dispositions. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle in 1999, Shawn was an Associate Director with the Hartford office of Cushman & Wakefield from 1995 until 1999. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Shawn started his brokerage career with Hartford based Colliers Dow & Condon in 1992. During his career, Shawn has been involved in over 1500 transactions valued at well over $1 billion including many of the areas highest profile deals. Shawn graduated from the University of Connecticut with a bachelor of arts in Economics and a concentration in Real Estate Finance. He holds his Real Estate license in the states of Connecticut and Massachusetts.
