Shawn, a 3rd generation Vancouver, Washington based real estate broker, has observed and discussed land sales nearly his whole life. He distinctly remembers the smell of stale coffee, cigarettes and Xerox toner at his grandfather’s brokerage ‘Myron Lewis Real Estate’. His father Gordon has been one of the top commercial brokers in Washington for the past 4 decades. Apprenticing under his dad’s direction, training, and extensive transaction history, Shawn has inherited and earned the passion and abilities to help SW Washington keep developing and growing. Shawn studied chemical engineering at the University of Washington, even though Dad and Mom were both WSU Cougars. He is also a vocalist, guitarist and band leader for his pop duo, Beat Frequency. He and his wife, Natasha were featured on NBC’s The Voice Season 3 and continue to record and entertain around the Pacific Northwest.
