Shawn Kelter

Mr. Kelter obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Southern California in 1979 and promptly joined the Newport Beach, CA office of Grubb & Ellis Company a nationally networked New York Stock Exchange real estate services company. As a career real estate consultant, over the past forty (40) years, Mr. Kelter’s has focused on real estate transactional service management, consultation, and development. Mr. Kelter established Insight Commercial Property Advisory in 2012 to continue the business of real estate transaction consulting services, representing clients with industrial and office property acquisition and disposition requirements and development services . As a principal general partner, Mr. Kelter has completed industrial, office and residential development projects, having been involved in all aspects of the development processes from project conception, property acquisition, development design, construction management, financing, property management, and asset disposition. In short, Mr. Kelter has been intimately involved as a principal/owner in all phases of property acquisition, development, management, and disposition. Additionally, his real estate consulting and advisory service spans over 2,200 assignments exceeding three billion dollars in value. Mr. Kelter has represented corporate clients throughout North America. Completing over 215 interstate and international property acquisitions and disposition assignments spanning 37 states and 9 countries, totaling over thirty-one (31) million square feet and countless consulting engagements.
