Founder & Principal Shaun Weinstock is a native Atlantan that is driven by a deeply rooted passion for real estate and blossoming the relationships with his client. Following graduation from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!), Shaun launched his real estate career with the largest privately held tenant representative commercial brokerage firm in the country – UGL Equis. Faced with the very definition of a boiler room atmosphere, Shaun quickly excelled in establishing new client relations and was nominated for National Rookie of the Year. After a 3.5 year tenure with Equis in Chicago, Shaun turned his sights to returning to his hometown of Atlanta. Shaun returned to Atlanta and assumed a role as Vice President of Development under the John Williams’ Corporate Holdings umbrella for City Centre Properties, where he wore several different hats and played a valuable role in the development & marketing efforts of The Mansion on Peachtree, as well as various developments around the country. The market crashed, and the rest is history. Faced with a graveyard of developments, Shaun elected to venture on his own in launching Weinstock Realty & Development, LLC in the summer of 2010 to create a platform that truly operates as an extension of his clients. Since Inception, Shaun has completed more than a $350,000,000.00 in Tenant Represented Transactions on behalf of his commercial clients and completed more than $10 Million in boutique commercial developments. In addition to owning his own real estate business, Shaun has developed and owned a successful restaurant/lounge and owned & operated 10+ retail operations. Shaun married his College Sweetheart and they have two amazing young kids Ella & Leo. Shaun is an active member of the Commercial Board of Realtors and a Life Time Member of the Million Dollar Club, he is also active in charitable groups that include Jewish National Fund, Boys Speak Out, American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, Second Helpings and sits on the Board of Blue Dove and Temple Sinai.
