As a Principal at Greiner-Maltz, Sharone Levy is a 25-year veteran of both residential and commercial real estate. He has completed over 500 commercial/industrial sales and leasing transactions with a strategic focus on prime Brooklyn, NY real estate. In the past 19 years Sharone has concentrated his efforts solely on commercial and industrial real estate. Before that his specialty was Manhattan residential real estate, where he managed a satellite office for a national real estate company and directed the daily operations of over 35 brokers. Since joining Greiner-Maltz in 2004, Sharone has spearheaded the marketing of over 7,000,000 SF of prime commercial property in the Brooklyn, NY area; and has completed transactions valuing over $475,000,000.00. Notable accomplishments include being awarded exclusive representation from the City of New York/EDC for the leasing of the Brooklyn Army Terminal, a 4-million SF industrial complex set on 97 acres of land in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Due to his local specialization and transaction volume in Brooklyn, Sharone was awarded the role of Director and successfully leased 1,000,000 square feet, bringing the Brooklyn Army Terminal to 100% occupancy. Sharone’s strong understanding of the unique dynamics and trends in Brooklyn’s commercial real estate market has allowed him to develop a large network of end users and investors who consider him a trusted adviser.
