Before that his specialty was Manhattan residential real estate, where he managed a satellite office for a national real estate company and directed the daily operations of over 35 brokers. Since joining Greiner-Maltz in 2004, Sharone has spearheaded the marketing of over 7,000,000 SF of prime commercial property in the Brooklyn, NY area; and has completed transactions valuing over $475,000,000.00. Notable accomplishments include being awarded exclusive representation from the City of New York/EDC for the leasing of the Brooklyn Army Terminal, a 4-million SF industrial complex set on 97 acres of land in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Due to his local specialization and transaction volume in Brooklyn, Sharone was awarded the role of Director and successfully leased 1,000,000 square feet, bringing the Brooklyn Army Terminal to 100% occupancy.
