Sharon Stewart

Sharon provides rare depth in her approach to real estate acquisition (or divestiture) and specializes in the restaurant industry. Her background includes working and consulting with chains such as Shells, Steak & Ale, Houston’s, Joffrey’s, Houlihan’s, and numerous other chains and independents. In addition to holding a Florida real estate license, she is a graduate of the University of South Florida, and has twice been a finalist in the Tampa Small Business of the Year Awards for restaurants she successfully owned and operated in Tampa. Sharon uses a highly collaborative, and creative approach in her real estate endeavors —whether it be in problem-solving, handling negotiation, identifying and minimizing real estate risk, matching the client with the right site to maximize their sales, and at the same time respecting the highly confidential nature of each transaction. Sharon joined Weichert, Realtors-Yates & Assoc in July 2006.
