Purchasing her first home at the young age of 22, Shannon served as general contractor for the home’s rehab, leading to a lifelong passion for real estate development and her entrepreneurial spirit. Obtaining her real estate license in 2005, Shannon practiced as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson for 5 years, founding Nichol City Realty in 2010. Recognizing a niche in the local market for value brokerage services, Nichol City began offering full-service listings with a reduced commission percentage, affording many families more accessible home ownership. An unwavering work ethic quickly grew the business’ referral base – not only with clients but with experienced agents as well. For those sharing her vision and solid business ethics, Shannon was fortunate to be able to begin sponsoring salespeople’s licenses and taking on new agents under her personal mentorship.
