Shannon Coughlin
Shannon Coughlin offers more than 20 years’ experience in Economic Development and Real Estate. She currently serves as a Real Estate Agent and Property Manager for Namasté Realty and Davis-Clarke, Inc. She co-manages 150+ residential properties. Shannon holds many certifications. She is a Certified Community Real Estate Developer (CRED), Flood Plain Manager (CFM), Publix Pension Trustee (CPPT), Redevelopment Professional (CRP) and Public Manager (CPM), as well as a Licensed Real Estate salesperson. She gained many years of experience in planning, organizing, sales, lease agreements, contracts, right of ways, zoning, legal documents, flood zones, business retention and expansion, community development, economic development and much more as the Economic Development Manager for the City of Pinellas Park from 1996 to 2021. Shannon was named City of Pinellas Park Employee of the Year and Professional Services Employee of the year in 2019. She has served on the Board of Directors for local Non-Profits and has been a mentor for the Pinellas County School Board for over 20 years. She is highly recognized by her colleagues as an excellent agent and property manager and has been a great asset to the Namasté Realty/Davis-Clarke Team.
