Shane Wierks

Shane Wierks started his commercial real estate career directly following graduation college in 2008 and focused on the retail sector since the beginning. Since his start, Shane has completed over 300 transactions consisting of both lease and investment sales, with a gross aggregate value over $350 million. With a strong focus on landlord representation, Shane exclusively represents over 4,500,000 square feet throughout New Jersey, and well as doing consulting work for out of state landlords for an additional 1,000,000 square feet. Notable landlords have included and currently include Kimco, Marx Realty, Milbrook Properties, Kite Realty, Invesco, and DeBartolo. Shane has consummated deals with several national retailers which include Whole Foods, Chick Fil A, 24 Hour Fitness, Hobby Lobby, AutoZone, and many others. Shane is a New Jersey Broker Associate, New York Broker, Next Generation Committee Member, ICSC Member, and 10 consecutive years of being a power broker with CoStar for volume of deals per year in the State of New Jersey. Lastly, Shane is the Company Chairman and Spokeman for SiteSource, which is a national affiliate program Jeffery Realty is a member of.
