Shane Kramer

Shane Kramer joined SVN Realty Performance Advisors in August of 2019. Shane has been active in the real estate industry since 2002. Prior to Joining SVN Shane worked as a broker and in managerial roles in multiple firms in New York City. As a principal of a real estate technology company- as well his own brokerage- Shane has beneficial entrepreneurial experience to offer his clients. Shane is also a partner in a multifamily and mixed use real estate portfolio offering market knowledge and insight to his clients. Prior to embarking on a career in real estate, Shane worked in the entertainment, restaurant and construction industries – and has been fortunate to call NYC, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Park City home.
