Shalimar Santiago is the Broker of REI Brokerage House. Ms. Santiago has over a decade of experience in real estate investment sales along with financial services starting her career as a sales assistant to a financial advisor for Morgan Stanley. Ms. Santiago has acquired and sold hundreds of distressed residential and commercial assets, from NPN’s to Bulk Performing and Non Performing Assets throughout the US. She currently assists investors in building their portfolio of investments along with offering a team of qualified professionals under the REIBH team they secure funding, product, and maximize return for investors across mainly the South East US market. With offices in Miami, Tampa, and Jacksonville, Florida Ms. Santiago focuses on working with savvy investors to institutional investment firms looking for aggregators in their main markets of focus.
