Seth Stuart

Seth is a team leader whose focus constantly builds toward driving the project leasing team forward. In his position, Seth specializes in office leasing, property marketing, and maintaining relationships with owners and tenants. He leverages his extensive knowledge and industry expertise to achieve outstanding results for AQUILA’s clients. Seth’s exceptional performance has also earned him recognition as an Austin Business Journal Heavy Hitter for multiple years. Seth’s journey with AQUILA began as an intern, where he demonstrated his potential and quickly transitioned into a junior broker position within the project leasing team. In this position, he honed his skills by assisting with lease transactions and reporting on deals. This hands-on experience laid the foundation for his successful career, ultimately leading to his current role as Senior Vice President. Prior to joining AQUILA, Seth played Division I golf at The College of Charleston.
