Seth Lane

Seth Joined Concept Companies in 2016 as Director of Development. Seth is responsible for Concept Companies’ real estate development projects. With a Masters in Building Construction and a Bachelors in Architecture from the University of Florida, Seth has experience on all sides of the real estate development process. As a developer, consultant, and broker, Seth brings over 15 years of commercial real estate experience to the team. Seth is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute, and BioFlorida. Seth has served as the Vice Chairman for both the City of Gainesville Development Review Board, which oversees site plan approval, and the City of Gainesville Plan Board, charged with review and approval of land use and zoning issues. Seth is an active member of Leadership Florida, having participated in Class V of the Connect Institute. Seth and his family reside in Neptune Beach, Florida.
