Seth Hellinga is an enterprising Real Estate Broker leading the Real Estate Unlimited Team brokered by EXP Realty. Previously, Seth worked as a boat salesperson at Oak Hill Marina. This is where he learned to focus on his clients, assuring their satisfaction with their purchase. He grew up in a small town close to the Iowa Great Lakes, making him familiar with the area. With his love for sales and encouragement from his family and friends, Seth set sail on a career in Real Estate, which has now developed into a growing team at EXP Realty and firsthand experience with new construction and rental parts of the business. In Seth's spare time, he likes to ride jet ski with his wife, Jodi. He also stays active with the United Methodist Church in Lake Park and participates in many City Committees for the town of Lake Park. Grateful for the opportunity to help others, Seth has found great delight in the process of buying and selling Real Estate.
