Seth Biggerstaff, Principal, brings over a decade of multi-faceted experience in assisting landlords, developers, retailers, restaurants, and medical providers on the leasing, development, acquisition, and disposition of retail assets throughout the Midwest. With his in-depth market knowledge, proficient negotiation skills, passion for real estate and fostered relationships with brokers, landlords and tenants nationally, Seth has been able to provide invaluable service to his clients. While at Veritas Realty, Seth has successfully negotiated and brokered 350+ lease and sale transactions across 10+ states worth in excess of $200 million. Seth has been a multi-year recipient of the VEREIT Allegiance Award and CoStar Power Broker Award. Through successful ground-up, value-add and project leasing, Seth has earned the trust from several prominent local & national property owners including VEREIT, CIM Group, Kimco Realty, Kohl’s, Viking Partners, Sandor Development, Last Mile Investments, Necessity Retail REIT, Sansome Pacific, Nassimi Realty, Landmark Properties and Gershman Partners. Seth has also been instrumental in new store growth and relocations for numerous expanding retailers, restaurants, and medical operators throughout the Midwest, including Freddy’s Steakburgers, Verizon Wireless, uBreakiFix, Crumbl Cookies, Eyemart Express, IVX Health, Sam’s Club, Hy-Vee, Landry’s Restaurant Group, Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria, Andretti Racing, iFly, MassageLuxe, Everbowl, Burger King, PL$ Financial, UFC Gym, Beltone Hearing Aids, World Finance, and many more. Prior to joining Veritas Realty, he worked for Sandor Development Company in their Leasing Department where his primary role was assisting senior leasing representatives in the leasing and management of shopping centers. Seth is a graduate of Indiana University at the Kelley School of Business with a degree in Finance/Real-Estate. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), co-leader of the Landlord Council for ChainLinks Retail Advisors, committee member of the Indiana University Real Estate Alumni Network and participant in Real Estate Ascending Leaders (REAL).
