As a Senior Associate at Colliers International, Seth advises buyers, sellers, and tenants in the leasing and sales of their real estate, with a focus on industrial, logistics, distribution, and manufacturing buildings. He believes that his client's goals are the most important aspect of his work when it comes to their real estate decisions. Maintaining integrity and trust with clients is also crucial to fostering success. Seth makes it a point to efficiently communicate and prioritize their objectives. With prior experience at a Fortune 200 company, where he managed its 300 global location portfolio, Seth understands that real estate and facility needs are among the most significant business decisions a company evaluates. His goal is to make that decision as easy as possible. From site selection, portfolio management, lease analysis and negotiations, building sales, market data, and everything in between, Seth consistently focuses on his clients and their objectives. Before joining the Colliers team, Seth worked as a Fulfillment Analyst at SPS Commerce in downtown Minneapolis, analyzing trends in clients' software data and streamlining many of their retail buying, distribution, and storage processes. After graduating from college, he interned at Shutterfly Inc. on the Enterprise Solutions team, coordinating the success of multi-million-dollar projects for Shutterfly’s enterprise clients such as United Health Group and Best Buy. Seth holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Minnesota State University. As a native to the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area, he brings extensive knowledge of the market to his client relationships. Outside of the commercial real estate arena, Seth serves as a Tournament Director for the Mankato Area Youth Baseball Association (MAYBA).
