Selene Lafuente
Vista welcomed Selene Lafuente as a property manager in October 2021. Her strong interpersonal skills, work ethic and commitment matched our culture and have helped her build her 15-year career and a stellar reputation in our industry. Selene began with Unilev Management Co. as Corporate Administrative Assistant to the CEO and Asset Manager. A few of her many responsibilities included preparing lender reimbursement packets for T.I and replacement reserve accounts, tracking timely mortgage payments, legal expenses, and cash distributions. She was later promoted to Assistant Property Manager over a portfolio of 1.5 million square feet and assisted the Director of Retail Management and Senior Property Manager with day-to-day operations of seventeen retail properties. Her portfolio at Vista consists of 217,892 square feet (both office and retail) and is spread out between Humble, Kingwood, Atascocita, and Conroe for both third party owners and Vista related properties. Some of her responsibilities include overseeing the maintenance and day to day activity of her properties from tenant relations, budgeting, vendor management, landlord/tenant matters, insurance claims and monthly reporting to landlords. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from LeTourneau University with summa cum laude recognition in 2018. She enjoys spending time with her three children who have been her motivation and her hobbies include reading a good mystery novel and studying art history, philosophy, and astronomy.
