Sean Stitz works with Binswanger’s Mid-Atlantic brokerage team based in Philadelphia. He joined the company in 2022 as a Sales Associate before being promoted to a Vice President in 2023. Sean is responsible for industrial projects in the eastern half of Pennsylvania with a focus on Chester and Lancaster Counties. He specializes in tenant and landlord representation, buyer and seller representation, and site selections. Since joining Binswanger, Sean has assisted with the following transactions: The leasing of 111 Tradeport Rd. in Hanover Township, PA; The acquisition of the Bally Brook Industrial Park in Bally, PA; The disposition of 46 River Rd. in Berwick, PA; The disposition of 441 County Line Rd. in Gilbertsville, PA; The leasing of a 3030 Unionville Pike in Hatfield, PA; The disposition of 7 Rowell Rd. in Boyertown, PA; The disposition of 230 E. 2nd St. in Boyertown, PA. Prior to Binswanger, Sean worked as a Project Manager for his family’s building and development company where he oversaw residential, multi-family, and mixed-use projects in Chester County, PA, and New Castle County, DE. Sean holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Delaware.
