Sean O'Keefe

Sean is an industrial real estate advisor with JLL’s NorCal Industrial team, based in Sacramento, where he specializes in tenant representation, agency leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and land development. He supports the real estate portfolio decisions for investors, developers, and tenants comprised of Fortune 100 companies. Sean also make it his mission to save my client’s time, reduce stress, and add value to their bottom line. After proudly serving 5 years in the United States Marine Corps, he completed his B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate from Chapman University. The following year, he completed a Master’s of Science in Real Estate from Chapman University. When not in the office, he can be found in the mountains snowboarding, at the lake, or spending time with his wife and family.
