With over 10 years of experience, Sean Lieb joined LevRose in 2022 as a Senior Vice President after working for SRS and Cushman & Wakefield/DTZ. He currently specializes in landlord and tenant representation, as well as investment sales throughout the Greater Phoenix, Tucson and tertiary markets. Sean has successfully collaborated with property owners on project analysis, valuation, market strategies and lease negotiations to maximize their property’s value. His experience with various types of retail properties in Arizona has further facilitated the growth of his extensive client list. Throughout his career, Sean has guided multiple local, regional and national tenants on site selection including BevMo, CVS, Burger King, Advance Auto Parts, Jackson Hewitt, Edward Jones, Charles Schwab, Smoothie King, Cheba Hut and Orangetheory Fitness. He has worked diligently to negotiate and drive brand franchises of retail spaces with a value creation of over $60 million. The multiple acquisitions and dispositions Sean has overseen, on behalf of his landlord and tenant clients, has resulted in over $100 million in revenue. Furthermore, Sean has represented owner-users for purchase requirements of national tenant site selection and assisted in investment opportunities from single-tenant net leased assets to value-add investments. He has also consulted out-of-state buyers exploring the Phoenix retail market. Sean comes from a legacy of real estate entrepreneurs in the Phoenix area and continues to build upon his experience as an active member of ICSC and the Urban Land Institute.
