S7 LLC was born following a 5 year run for broker, Sean Fox, at a national brand focusing on commercial and investment real estate. While operating as part of a top performing team in the area, it became apparent that furthering a career in commercial and investment real estate could be expanded to other areas of operation and also offer a flexible option for agents. Forever thankful for the opportunities early on, a drive based on the notion that the legacy brokerage model is becoming obsolete forced a departure.
