Sean Dreznin

Sean has been in the commercial real estate business since 2001 after he decided in his mid 20s that having a successful career as a Rodeo Professional or Financial Consultant was less likely to help him achieve his life goals. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business & Communications and a Master’s in Real Estate from the University of Florida. He has been fortunate to list and represent over $200 million in Commercial Real Estate sales over his career. He has set an early foundation in Brokerage with Pappas Realty Company and thoroughly enjoyed working in Northeast Ohio for several years. From 2009 to 2020 he brokered, managed, and performed commercial real estate brokerage for a few successful corporate and boutique firms in the southeast. While at Marcus and Millichap through 2020, he was able to sharpen his spear for a couple years before leaving to start his own private multifamily brokerage firm in 2021 with his bonus father and company partner. He regularly works to increase his knowledge and expertise, attend commercial real estate engagements at industry conferences and take great enjoyment from working with all avenues of folks in his field. He has an ever-growing Social Media presence and helped design our website (www.DP-CRE.com) where he guides viewers on how to buy more multifamily & retail assets, how to sell them, and how to conduct market analysis. He enjoys creative marketing and is told they are very entertaining and offer a nice alternative to the standard level of service. His true passion is being a good husband to his wife, Alani and a good father to his son, Triton. Family time, cheering on Tom Brady (Baker Mayfield), Mike Evans, the Buccaneers, the Bolts and the Rays! He enjoys taking advantage of the weather, getting outside to workout, ruck the park, play flag football. Sometimes just piling their Australian Shepherd and kids into the truck and traveling, biking, swimming, boogie-boarding at the beach and making fun memories. He has been married to Alani since 2022. Together they have been family focused, which gives them quality time together as well. He loves to make others smile and laugh, often at his own expense. With small kids and a humorous family, there isn’t a day that goes by that they’re not laughing and having a good time!
