Previous experience with client files includes: Developers / Investors: Project positioning, budgeting, development and implementation of marketing programs, prospecting, liaising with the brokerage community, soliciting offers, lease negotiation, and closing deals; and Tenants / Owner-Users: Simple lease, turnkey lease, renewals, expansion, consolidation, site selection, and sales. Prior to joining Avison Young Sean held the position of Director, Calgary Industrial, with a multinational, institutional developer / landlord. As the central point of contact within the Calgary market, Sean oversaw all Leasing and Real Estate Management initiatives relating to all industrial assets within the fund’s Calgary portfolio. Key accomplishments during his tenure include participating in the design, construction, and lease-up of over 1,000,000 square feet of Class AA industrial space in Calgary. Sean’s unique combination of brokerage, landlord, and development experience affords him multiple perspectives to leverage in partnering with clients to identify opportunities and develop solutions to their real estate requirements.
