By way of example, Sean implemented a four city distribution center rollout for a Leading Cable Company, which yielded a net occupancy savings of 16.7%; 500,000 square feet of future expansion options throughout the four cities to ensure growth and lease obligation savings in excess of $10 million through a three city award to one developer. To date, Sean has completed over 100 million square feet of industrial real estate transactions nationwide.
