Seabie Hickson

Seabie Hickson is a Vice President within Lincoln Property Company’s Office Leasing Group, specializing in representing Landlords with the leasing and marketing of office properties throughout Atlanta. Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company Seabie was a Senior Leasing Representative at Highwoods Properties. At Highwoods he oversaw the office leasing of more than 6 million square feet within the Atlanta portfolio. Prior to joining Highwoods in 2016, Seabie worked in tenant brokerage for Cone Middour Partners. Seabie is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR), and NAIOP as well as a member of the 2022 NAIOP Future Leaders Executive Committee. Seabie graduated from Georgia Southern University with a BA in Finance and is originally from Peachtree City, Georgia.
