ABOUT

Scott is a native of Southern California having grown up in the Pasadena area of Los Angeles. Scott graduated from the University of Arizona, Tucson, Arizona with a B.S. in Regional Development in 1994. Scott began his career in property management with Abrams Realty & Management, Inc. in Phoenix, Arizona. During his two year tenure with Abrams Realty, he worked as a Property Manager and Leasing Agent. During the summer of 1996, Scott accepted a position in commercial real estate brokerage with CB Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc. (now CB Richard Ellis, Inc.) as a sales associate specializing in industrial property sales and leasing. Scott''s geographic focus has been exclusively in the the San Gabriel Valley for the last eight years. He has extensive knowledge and experience working with companies in this area. Core experience has included landlord and tenant representation, site search and acquisition, leased investments, build-to-suit projects, real estate consultation and land development. Scott accepted the position of Senior Vice President with NAI Capital, Inc.''s Pasadena office in December 2006. Scott is recognized as one of the top commercial brokers in the San Gabriel Valley and earned this recognition through a strong commitment to the area and work ethic comparable to none.
