Scott Weston

Scott Weston has been a broker/partner of Maddux and Company for over 37 years. He currently manages over 2 million square feet of commercial property including 25 commercial office/warehouse condominium associations. Over his real estate career Mr. Weston has sold or leased over $500,000,000.00 of Commercial Real Estate. His prime focus has been upscale office and warehouse sales, leasing and management. His educational background is a B.S. and Masters of Science degree from North Carolina State University, where he was also a member and Captain of the track and cross country team for four years. Over the years, Mr. Weston has sat on the Board of Governors of the Southwest Y.M.C.A. as well as the Board of Trustees of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and coached the track and cross country teams at Palmetto High School for two years. Currently he is on the Board of Trustees of Baptist Health systems Baptist Health Enterprises and Baptist Outpatient Services and is the currently the Vice Chair of the West Kendall Baptist Hospital and the chairman of the West Kendal l Baptist Health Foundation. Mr. Weston is one of the leading Brokers in Miami-Dade County for the sale and leasing of office and office/warehouse condominium units.
