ABOUT

A graduate of The Ohio State University, Scott’s real estate career began in 1990 with Fifth Third Bancorp, starting in property management and eventually handling corporate real estate transactions across Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana with responsibilities including site selection and acquisition for retail banking locations, portfolio analysis, leasing and surplus property dispositions. Scott received his Ohio real estate sales license in 1994, while at Fifth Third Bancorp. Scott entered the commercial real estate brokerage business in 1998, joining Eagle Realty Group, a subsidiary of Western & Southern Life Insurance Company. Shortly after joining Eagle Realty Group, Scott received his Kentucky real estate sales license and focused on retail properties but also performed brokerage services involving land, office and industrial properties. In 2000, Scott joined Brandt Retail Group, Inc. to further concentrate his efforts on retail properties and retail tenant representation. During his 10 years at Brandt Retail Group, Scott added numerous regional and national retailers to his client list. He became a founding principal of OnSite Retail Group, LLC in 2010. Scott specializes in performing tenant and buyer representation to national and regional retailers and restaurants and is adept at handling a wide variety of retail leasing and sales, property dispositions and land assemblages, with experience in retail markets across Ohio and Kentucky.
