Scott O'Halloran

Scott joined SWA in 2017 as a partner following a 15-year career spent on the landlord side of the table. He has negotiated more than $800 million in lease and sale transactions and brings a valuable owner’s perspective to our team. Prior to joining SWA, Scott co-founded the Landlord Advisory practice for Colliers International and was named one of the youngest partners in the history of the firm. A Tallahassee native, Scott has lived in Atlanta since 2003. He and his wife, Angela, live in Vinings with their three children: Liam, Cullen, and Ella Rose. In his spare time, you can likely find Scott at the soccer field with his family or enjoying the outdoors.
