Throughout his career as a real estate professional, Scott Morgan has maintained his strong client base and reputation for focus on suburban office properties because he has developed strong relationships with landlords whom he continues to represent in leasing transactions. Scott is also focused on owner-occupant office building purchases. Using a series of analytical tools, Scott has been very successful in helping many businesses make their first real estate investment by purchasing their own building. Scott also continues to devote more energy to the growing medical and health care industry in West Michigan. Scott has closed over 50 medical transactions in the past 10 years, representing area physicians in both purchase and lease transactions. Prior to working for Colliers, Scott was an Attorney at Law with Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge in their commercial litigation department. He began his career in commercial real estate working as a broker for D.P. Fox Properties, Ltd., in Ada, MI.
