Scott Merz

Scott is currently a Managing Director at JLL. Scott joined Studley in 2012 as Assistant Director, bringing with him his extensive background in strategic real estate consulting and analysis for corporations, not-for-profits and national law firms. Prior to joining Studley, Scott spent eight years with The John Buck Company, where he initially served as the head of financial analysis and market research for the firm''s corporate advisory practice, The Strategic Advisory Group. He also acted as a consultant for commercial space users, leveraging his analytical skills in lease vs. ownership determinations, property development and acquisition, tenant-leverage analysis and national portfolio benchmarking in order to realize superior results for his clients. Scott''s diverse experience enables him to collaborate with clients to create a more profitable and productive work environment through creative solutions to both common and complex real estate issues. EDUCATION Scott earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance-Real Estate at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
