Scott Mersinger
Scott is an entrepreneur with a true heart for hospitality and deep roots in southwest Florida. He is a native of Venice, Florida where he resides with his wife Elizabeth and their two sons, Miles and Carter. While attending The University of Central Florida, Scott was recruited to Wisconsin to help develop a new 80,000 sf indoor waterpark. After 5 years developing and stabilizing the waterpark he moved back to Venice where he acquired land for, developed, and operated two very successful quick-service restaurants. Scott enjoyed the real estate and development aspects of his past 2 careers so much that, when he decided to sell his restaurants in 2021, he selected Commercial Real Estate as his next venture.
