Scott Howe

Scott is a Partner and Principal Broker at EOS, and has been licensed and active in commercial real estate since 2013. He co-founded of HOWE Louisville CRE in 2017, which eventually became HOWE Real Estate. In the summer of 2023, he branched out further with the founding of the End Of Summer Real Estate firm in 2023, which offers a full spectrum of services involving markets in major US cities. With a focus on urban infill and redevelopment, small businesses and private investment in downtown city centric markets, Scott has been able to put together creative strategies to help clients achieve their goals in real estate ventures and projects. His experience and expertise is in negotiating purchase and lease agreements for any property and square footage has helped his clients reach successful marks in their ventures. Scott’s day to day business will continue to grow transactional volume while building success for clients and partners.
