Scott Higgins

Scott was raised in Camas where his father, a general contractor, taught him the trade of permitting and building. After attending college at Florida College in Tampa, he served as a minister locally for several years. Scott has served on the Camas City Council for the past ten years, leading the community in business-friendly growth. Scott was elected as Mayor of Camas in 2011. His work in local government gives him a unique understanding of the business and real estate markets in Clark County. Scott has been married for 21 years to his wife, Allison. They have two talented daughters, Rachel and Chloe. In his free time, Scott enjoys family, friends, any sports and good food. A game of cribbage with his wife is always a competitive fun time. During football season, Friday nights will find him operating the first down chains for his mighty Camas Papermakers on the football field.
