Scott Harper

Scott Harper specializes in leasing office buildings in Downtown San Francisco by representing Institutional owners to maximize the value of their buildings valued between $50 million to $350 million. During his career, which began in 1990 in San Francisco, he has leased, renewed, or sold approximately 12.2 million total square feet of office space in the city. Although he primarily represents Landlords, he has also participated in $1.5 billion in investment sales transactions. Scott currently represents over 1.6 million square feet of office space with notable clients including Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management (formerly RREEF), American Assets Trust, Prudential Investments, Principal Global Investors, GE Real Estate, Ellis Partners, Harsch Investment Properties, and Yale Properties. In 2007, Scott was appointed to start and lead the company’s West Coast Urban Landlord Partners Practice Group. This is a specialized group of collaborative Downtown Landlord Leasing teams in Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, San Jose, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and Phoenix. Also, in 2009, Scott was asked by the company to serve on the ten member Board of Directors of Colliers International USA. Appointed the Managing Director in 2002, Scott managed the Leasing and Investment Sales operations of the San Francisco office until January 2007. During his five-year tenure as Manager of the office, revenues increased 77%.
