Scott Gray

Scott Gray is a First Vice President at CBRE and specializes in retail brokerage services. He primarily focuses on landlord and tenant representation. He has been involved in well over 700 transactions throughout his career and worked with retail chains. Prior to joining CBRE, Scott was a partner at Sitehawk Retail Real Estate, one of the most active retail brokerage firms in the State of Indiana. Scott’s resume lists reputable companies such as Ross Dress for Less, Gap, Petco, Skechers and LA Fitness. Scott is well known in the Indianapolis commercial real estate community. He is a former chairman of the Indiana International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Conference, and also worked as the State Director of ICSC for two years.
