Scott Gallagher

In 2001 Scott joined our property management/leasing team upon obtaining his degree in Industrial Technology (Business/Engineering) at California Polytechnic State University. He began his property management career in 1994 working for Hart Properties, McNamara Realty, and Hendry Construction while attending college. His knowledge provides a solid base for overseeing annual budgets, tenant improvements, and construction projects. Scott is currently working on the management, marketing, and leasing of shopping centers in the Bay Area ranging in size from approximately 1,500 to 240,000 square feet. International Council of Shopping Center (ICSC) member. Costar Power Broker award winner for the East Bay/Oakland market.
