Scott Cummings

Scott has been active in real estate for the last 20 years. For the past nine years, his primary focus has been in commercial real estate. Scott joined Rohde, Ottmers & Siegel Realty in April of 2012, focusing on tenant representation and leasing. His expertise in retail leasing, development, lease negotiations, space planning, and property management make him an asset to our firm. Scott’s clients include Murphy Oil and Silver Companies and has also worked and completed transactions with Lowe’s and AT&T. He has successfully represented property owners and tenants in the selection, development, and leasing of property in every retail classification. Scott, alongside Cal Ivey from our firm, leased one of the largest restaurants spaces in San Antonio totaling 27,096 square feet. In 2014, Scott leased 78,286 square feet of retail space, totaling $1,744,850 in gross rental and $2,782,560 in sales. He is a member of ICSC and the South Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.
